Order Processing

We donโ€™t waste timeโ€”orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. This ensures your item is prepared, packed, and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping โ€“ FREE
Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders within 3-5 business days. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched promptly for delivery. Fast, reliable, and at no extra cost.

Standard Shipping โ€“ R149
Our standard shipping option delivers within 1โ€“3 business days at a flat rate of R149. This service includes tracking and delivery notifications.

Same Day Express Shipping โ€“ R299
Need it today? Choose Express Shipping for Same-day delivery at R299. Orders must be placed and confirmed before 12 PM, and this option is subject to area availability. Only available in Johannesburg.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp with a tracking number. Track your order via our website or the courierโ€™s platform.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship nationwide.
International shipping is not available.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


Outlying Areas & Deliveries Outside Gauteng

For deliveries outside of Gauteng, we make use of DHL Courier Services.

If the delivery address is in an outlying area, an additional delivery charge will apply before the device can be released for shipping.

Customers in outlying areas will be contacted and notified of any additional fees before dispatch.

Please allow for 2-4 business days for delivery, should you be situated in an outlying area.ย 

Depending on your location, delivery may either:

  • Be sent to the nearest PostNet branch, or

  • Be delivered directly to your door with an additional charge.

All details will be communicated clearly with the client to ensure smooth delivery.
